I am energized once again after attending an informative and insightful KikiNetwork Communications Business Media Conference organized by the fabulous Kiki Keating and hosted by Delia Fischer and her team at the beautiful IMD campus in Lausanne, Switzerland. My colleagues and I shared best practices and discussed how best to adjust our communications to the ever-changing landscape. We connected with media, who shared valuable tips and relevant news story opportunities.

Thank you for the wonderful conference organized last week. It was truly very useful and enriching. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity. I believe this can be particularly helpful for academic centers outside the United States to place topics in prestigious international media like the ones you managed to bring together. Thank you very much and all the best!

  • Laura McGrath - SIM7

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for such a brilliant conference. Both Sim and I came away feeling really inspired, not just by the speakers and content, but by the atmosphere you created throughout the event.

As our first time experiencing a Kiki event - It felt genuinely personal, welcoming, and fun in a way that a lot of conferences miss, and that clearly came from the thought and care you put into it. We met some fantastic people, had some great conversations, and left feeling energised with lots of new ideas.

  • Rodrigo Molinare - Grammarly

Thanks for organizing such a great event at Oxford. The panel was a fantastic experience, and it was great to connect with everyone in the community. I really appreciate all the work you put into making it such a meaningful gathering.

  • Oliver Matthews - 4uni Solutions

There are many conferences in higher education, but rarely is there such an exclusive group of thought leaders in such an intimate event. Of course, only someone like Kiki Keating could have pulled it off. And I had the honour of giving this year‘s keynote! Deans, presidents, journalists, CMOs, and CCOs descended upon Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, for two days of discussions on the future of business school marketing and communications in the new era of AI at this KikiNetwork MarComms Conference.

  • Santiago Iniguez - President of IE University

I really enjoyed taking part in the panel on “The Challenge to Retain Critical Thinking in an AI World” at the KikiNetwork MarComms Conference, hosted by Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and sharing our vision at IE University.

It was a pleasure to share the discussion with Marie Taillard, Professor Mette Morsing, and Martin Boehm, moderated by Kiki Keating.

We reflected on how AI is reshaping education not only through the challenges it presents but through the ways it can extend and deepen our work as educators. Rather than displacing critical thinking, it invites us to reconsider how we develop it.

In many ways, AI broadens our value proposition. It allows us to place greater emphasis on judgment, context, and interpretation, and to support learners in navigating complexity with more awareness and independence. An ongoing conversation, and one that continues to evolve. As educators, we remain existential optimists.

  • Pola Lem - Poets&Quants

Networking gets a bad rep. At worst, it means holding a canapé and saying something about the weather to someone you’re not particularly interested in and who’s not hugely interested in you. For journalists, particularly, there’s a slight ‘ick’ factor in meeting people in this inorganic, transactional setup. The KikiNetwork MarComms Conference this past week was a fantastic antidote to the usual networking gripes. It was great. I had so many wonderful and engaging conversations. It has been a pleasure meeting this international group of staff and faculty, communicators, and journalists. I look forward to getting to know you all much better as I settle into the role at Poets&Quants.
